Data Deletion Request
1. Requesting Deletion of Your Gameplay Data
Elaroussi Games respects your privacy and provides a way for users to request deletion of gameplay analytics data associated with their device.
Our games do not require user accounts. Instead, each installation of the game is assigned a random Player ID that is used only to store gameplay analytics information such as session statistics and game progress.
If you wish to delete this data, you can send us a request using your Player ID.
2. How to Find Your Player ID
Follow these steps inside the game:
Open the game.
Go to the Settings menu.
Find the section labeled Privacy / Data.
Tap the button “Copy Player ID”.
Your Player ID will be copied to your device clipboard.
Your Player ID is a randomly generated identifier that looks similar to:
p_38c9d8216ab34c6
This identifier allows us to locate your gameplay analytics record in our system.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Once you have copied your Player ID:
Open your email application.
Send an email to: contact@elaroussigames.com
Include the following information:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Message Example:
Hello,
I would like to request deletion of my gameplay data.
Player ID:
p_XXXXXXXXXXXX
Thank you.
4. What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request:
We will locate the corresponding record associated with your Player ID.
The data stored in our Firebase database will be permanently deleted.
Once removed, the data cannot be recovered.
The deletion process typically takes a short time after the request is received.
5. What Data Is Deleted
The deleted data may include gameplay analytics information such as:
Device model and platform type
Game progress (for example, level reached)
Session duration and playtime statistics
Gameplay events used for analytics
This information is used only for internal analytics and service functionality.
