Elaroussi Games (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates mobile games published under the name Elaroussi Games.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Elaroussi Games.

Our games do not require user accounts and we do not collect personal information such as:

Payment or financial information
Precise location data
However, our applications collect non-personal technical and gameplay analytics data necessary to operate and improve the game experience.
3. Device Information
Our applications may collect the following technical device information:
Device name and model
Operating system version
Platform type (Android, etc.)
Firebase and our third-party advertising partners may automatically generate or collect technical identifiers and data required for analytics, backend services, and ad delivery, including:
Android Advertising ID
Approximate Location (derived from IP address)
Device configuration and network connection information
These identifiers are used strictly for service functionality, analytics, ad serving, and fraud prevention.
4. Usage & Gameplay Data
To understand gameplay behavior and improve the game experience, our systems may collect gameplay telemetry such as:
Session start and end timestamps
Session duration and total playtime
Player online/offline presence status
Level progression (for example, highest level reached)
Gameplay outcomes such as wins and losses
Gameplay interaction events used to analyze game flow
This information is stored in backend services such as Firebase Realtime Database and used solely for internal analytics and service functionality.
The application also generates a random Player ID locally on the device to associate gameplay analytics records with a specific installation of the game.
This Player ID does not identify the user personally.
5. Purpose of Data Processing
The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Internal Analytics – understanding player engagement and gameplay behavior
Game Balancing – improving difficulty and progression systems
Crash Monitoring & Performance Analysis – identifying technical issues
Service Operation – enabling backend features such as presence tracking
User Experience Improvement – optimizing gameplay design and stability
Advertising & Monetization – delivering personalized and non-personalized advertisements through third-party ad networks, and tracking ad performance.
App Configuration & Updates – delivering the correct app configurations, checking current game versions, and notifying users of required updates to ensure app stability.
The collected data is not used to personally identify players.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Our applications use services provided by third-party partners for analytics, backend infrastructure, and monetization. These include:
Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Remote Config)
Unity Technologies (Unity Ads)
ironSource Mobile Ltd. (LevelPlay)
These partners may collect, share, and process data (such as Advertising IDs, approximate location, and app interaction data) to serve targeted and non-targeted ads, track ad performance, and prevent fraud.

7. Advertising and Opting Out
We work with third-party advertising networks to present ads within our games. These networks may use tracking technologies (like the Android Advertising ID) to tailor ads to your interests.
How to Opt-Out of Targeted Ads:
You can opt out of receiving personalized advertisements by adjusting the privacy settings on your device:
Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads) and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or tap "Delete advertising ID".
Please note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it simply means the ads you see will no longer be targeted based on your behavior and may be less relevant to you.
8. Data Storage and Security
Gameplay analytics data is securely stored using Firebase infrastructure provided by Google LLC.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their gameplay analytics data at any time.
Because our games do not require user accounts, each installation of the game is associated with a randomly generated Player ID.
Users can obtain their Player ID from the Settings section inside the game by pressing the “Copy Player ID” button.
To request deletion of their data, users may contact the developer and include their Player ID.

After receiving a valid request, the developer will locate the corresponding record in the Firebase database and permanently delete the associated data.
Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Please note that this deletion process applies to telemetry and gameplay data stored on our Firebase servers. To request the deletion of advertising data held by our third-party ad partners,
please refer to their respective privacy policies linked in Section 6 or utilize your device's privacy settings to reset or delete your Advertising ID.
10. Children's Privacy
Our games are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided information to us may contact us using the contact information below.
